YARA
Y – Your
Your path. Your pace.
Like earth beneath bare feet — stable, tangible, real.
Therapy begins where you start to sense yourself again.
Not perfect. Just honest.
A – Awareness
A spark of light in a dark room.
Becoming aware — the first flame.
Tender, warm, clarifying.
You see what is. Not to judge, but to understand.
R – Resilience
Like water finding its own way.
Turbulent, quiet, unstoppable.
Resilience is not a shield — but the quiet decision to keep going.
A – Acceptance
A deep breath.
Like air after rain — soft, cool, clarifying.
Acceptance does not mean giving up,
but beginning to make peace.
With yourself. With life.

Verhaltenstherapie mit Blick auf das Ganze

We work on the basis of core scientific knowledge and across therapeutic schools. This means: our therapeutic work is grounded in scientifically established knowledge about the origins and maintenance of psychological distress. One central foundation is attachment research — often referred to in everyday language as 'basic trust.' It shows how important secure relationships are for mental health, and that therapy works above all where you feel understood, safe, and taken seriously. The therapeutic relationship is therefore not a secondary concern, but a central factor in the effectiveness of any successful psychotherapy. A particular focus is placed on mentalisation-based behaviour therapy (MVT) as developed by Serge Sulz. It combines modern behaviour therapy with the ability to better understand one's own and others' thoughts and feelings, thereby becoming more internally stable. In addition, elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as developed by Marsha Linehan are incorporated, which is particularly helpful in regulating intense emotions and shaping relationships more clearly and stably. We work exclusively with scientifically validated methods — clearly structured, transparent, and at the same time warmly human.
